Fringed Necklace<br /><br />Make this beautiful tailored necklace and start raking in the compliments. And your friends and co workers will be surprised when you tell them you made it yourself. Make several in different colors to complement your wardrobe or to give as gifts. All you need is a few beads and findings, some simple, inexpensive tools, and a little time. Size: Approx. see Photo 2 Note: Be sure loops line up with one another. Twist loop if necessary. Set aside.<br /><br />Step 2: Divide chain into fifteen 1 1/2 pieces.<br /><br />Step 3: Make 5 Slide one end of each of three chains on one jump ring. Close ring. see Photo 3 Set aside.<br /><br />Step 4: Beginning at one end of necklace, add jump ring to one loop of bead, close. Add jump ring to opposite bead loop, add another bead, close jump ring. See Photo 4 Repeat seven times total of 8 beads on chain. Add one more bead for a total of nine, but do not add jump ring.<br /><br />Step 5: Open jump ring holding fringe, slide loose loop of 9th bead and one end of 10th bead, close jump ring. Repeat this step until all fringes are used. See Photo 5<br /><br />Step 6: Add remaining beads as described in Step 4.
